ST25 rice is a long-grain (averagely 7.5mm) white rice variety that won the Best Rice in the World award in 2023. The grains are small and long, cooking into a soft, sticky, and non-dry texture when cooled. ST25 rice has a natural sweetness and a subtle aroma of panda leaves.
